The self-service checkout would not accept my Bonfire card and I asked an attendant for help.

Sent an image via printicular to The Warehouse Matamata and was most impressed that they bothered to call me (within an hour of the order being placed) to let me know there would be a delay due to ink and check how quickly I required the item. Thanks guys Great Service :)

Have just had the best shopping experience again at your Queenstown branch, - many thanks to Jodi today for going above & beyond helping my elderly mother with her furniture purchase.
