They sent the wrong item, and their service wasn't interested in fixing the issue or refunding the money but just getting the item back. They never provided a solution about how to get the originally ordered item or even apologized for their mistake.

Service was great,took a little time to receive order but it turned out to be well worth the wait . Arrived in perfect condition and when saw it on arrival was beside myself it was so so beautiful and plays so nice ,would compare it to a much more expensive model !

They do not uphold the 30 day warranty on items, even if it says 30 day money back guarantee on the page.

Excellent service and delivery. I bought a Thomann cow bell and block. They are just as good as any popular brand name, but a cheaper price. I also got a Zildjian cymbal at a great price. I'm waiting for another shipment which is on its way. I like the way they give me a status of my shipments. Definitely satisfied with my purchases.

The Thomson customer service was very helpful in rectifying a mistake I made in the order and in correcting my shipping address. The order was sent in a timely manner on schedule, particularly considering the distance across the Atlantic and the continental United States to California! Thankfully, Thomann is one of the few suppliers of Peter Leuthner clarinet reeds and my strength of reeds was in stock.

Musikhaus Thomann went the extra mile to source a guitar for me that I had long waited for. I live in South Africa, and being 14,000km away from the major music instrument suppliers in Europe and the UK, means that for rarer guitars I can only rely on the major online suppliers. Stephen Lahr in Thomann Export in particular gave prompt, professional and personal service. Without his efforts, I would probably never have been able to source this particular guitar. I was also very concerned about the safety and security of shipping a guitar here from Germany. I need not have worried AT ALL. Thomann use UPS to handle the shipping to RSA. UPS were prompt an efficient and the whole service including processing through RSA Customs was handled for me. Well done to all at Thomann and UPS. However, after shipping 14,000km from Germany to UPS in RSA the final 600km delivery to me in RSA was disappointing. This blemish in the total supply chain was the service given by DSV Couriers a local RSA courier service. Their lack of communications with me was completely void of any customer focus. The only communication regarding the delivery was the POD emailed to me almost 24 hours after the actual delivery. Through my own efforts I found that the package had been left at the security office at the entrance to the estate where I live. Such a pity. NOTWITHSTANDING THIS I have no hesitation in recommending THOMANN to anyone making an online purchase - no matter where they may be in the world.

Stellar customer service from everyone at Thomann. Their prices are some of the best anywhere in the world, not to mention their extensive inventory. I’m still shocked that they started selling the Physis K4 EX again, even if it’s only one last shipment. I’m just so contented with my experience with this company.

Thomann is an online shop that gave me a lot of confidence with its service. I made my first purchase from Thomann and was amazed by the customer service that was always there to help me. The quality of the Harley Benton HB-35 Lemon guitar I received was a pleasant surprise. The fit and finish are flawless. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition, only five days from Germany to my location in the US.

Disgraceful service. I work on high profile tours and ordered a keyboard stand and case. Was told the case was not in stock so they sent me the stand. It arrived broken and damaged and they expected me to send it back myself but no one would take it so eventually they sent someone to get it. They said they’d send a replacement. Called to chase and it’s still not been dispatched and now they’re saying they’re out of stock!! My tour starts on Thursday. I ordered this back in January and I’m still waiting. They have had my money but I have no equipment!! I’m furious! This is terrible service, unreliable and unprofessional. DO NOT BOTHER they don’t even care. Disgusted 🤬

I bought several guitars from Thomann, that had to be shipped internationally. I received my guitars packed well, complete and I was pleasantly surprised on how quick my instruments arrived in the states. I’ve never purchased anything directly from a dealer overseas, I had several questions throughout my process and I got responses quickly. I’m certain I’ll be buying again.

I've been doing business with Guitar Center, Sam Ash and Sweetwater for a long time here in the US and have had better service with Thomann. My Stat has been in the case since I got my Harley Benton hss love it, sounds and plays so good. Thanks again so good

It came quickly and I was surprised on how well the paint job was/is, it's a solid platform to upgrade, but it rocks right outta tha box!!! It's got string buzz on both open E's, new strings is a must, but with a tusk nut, and a Fender High Mass Bridge, it's road ready, rock steady!!! The Harley Benton JB-75MN Vintage series in Black, it's a beast, now I'm raking up enough for another Harley Benton bass guitar. Thanks to Thomann, now us middle class people can rock out!!! Thank you Sir H. Thomann, please keep up the good work.

For over a month I was waiting a guitar they took 2 payments from me, and sent out 2 apparently the guitars got shipped back and they've sent another one. I still have no guitar and just realy crappie customer services

Very, very sloooow and poor backup eshop services, they need 1 whole day for simple task,so in praktice life, registration till payment lasts 7 working days, they send you 10 useless mails and at the end you have nothing, because products was sold during this slow procedure, however you sent confirmation of payment immediately after order. Guess, monkeys would be quicker than this staff. Never again
