"We went to Pattaya and Bangkok from 22 Feb to 27th Feb 2025 in a group tour from Delhi. \r\nAll the booking process was very smooth & quick by Mr Gurdeep Singh of Thomas Cook office GK- 2 New Delhi. Everything was booked in advance. \r\nThe Tour Manager Mr Paresh Mhatre and our guide Mr Steves took care of us from the arrival at Bangkok Airport to the whole tour programme. \r\nAll the hotels at Pattaya and Bangkok were nice. The day wise Itinerary was well designed and they provided us all Indian foods. \r\nWe specially thank Mr Steves who was our guide throughout the tour, he was very much sincere and knowledgeable, he took care of us and accomodated all the needs. He along with Mr Paresh Mhatre made this tour memorable. All in all great service provided by Thomas Cook. Will surely recommend Thomas Cook to friends and family."

"Thomas Cook is really bad service provider. They had booked 2 single bedroom for the honeymoon package. When asked for replacement they said that it's for 2 pax and they don't guarantee double bed. If you cannot provide honeymoon package, or if you don't take responsibility of this, please don't provide this service. Very unprofessional and irresponsible people. They even took wedding invitation as a proof of honeymoon package, what's the point if can't give the minimum required double bed for the honeymoon. They denied to book another equivalent hotel."

"I had booked a honeymoon trip to Bali for 7N 6D. Their plan and service was good especially they prefer our choices and plan according to that.
