“We recently went on a 15 days Grand bargain Europe tour with Thomas Cook India. It was a very pleasant experience after initial hiccup of food served. Tour manager Abhijit executed the tour with precision. In every hotels we got our key immediately after reaching. Lunch and dinner timing was great. All Indian style food were served except in one place,local we enjoyed. He served sharpen on board to Jungfrau, many gifts from TCIL. Last night was arranged with drinks, dance and music. Advice: Long haul bus should be provided with better cushion & leg space with emergency water bottles. Hotel at Italy should hv been better. Flight selection is not convenient for people from kolkata. Unfortunately I couldn't add photos.”

“We are returning home with buckets of delightful memories of our sojourn in Seoul and Japan.This stay would not have been warm and affectionate without your pleasant company our group member. At last but not least I must thank Thomas Cook for meticulously and explicitly arranging this tour without any heck ups. Particulary my sincere thank goes to Sonali mam. Kudos to ma Sonali( golden) and off' course to Co Sun and Jenny. Looking forward.”

“I went for Cash Currency of Thai Baht. The agent was very polite and supportive. The overall process was very smooth and less time taking. It all depends how much you take to keep your documents ready. The very next day I was able to collect the cash from Meerut branch. The staff in Meerut branch was also very nice, they gave me time slot, and gave me a reminder call on the collection day. Staff member "Prerna Singh" at Om Plaze, Meerut branch was genuine and helpful. Just few signatures I had to do and the job was done. Only thing that I would have like more is home delivery of cash. Currently, they don't provide door-step service.”

“Very good customer service help me and my family out when I was out of work why we was still paying for our holiday.... Only down side is that on advridge the waiting time to talk to someone is about 40 mins plus...”
