On 16th April I ordered Apricot Trailing Begonias, I never received confirmation of my order but the sum of £21.94 was taken from my bank account, I have emailed the customer care department on three occasions but to no avail. Pretty shabby treatment

I ordered bedding plant plugs in March 2020 and received confirmation of receipt of order. I also ordered a pot-grown hydrangea which arrived very badly damaged. To be fair, it was replaced without question However, there have been no replies to three queries about the bedding plants, and looking at the status of my order,I find they are listed for dispatch in March 2021. I will not deal with them again and would not recommend them.

I have made four or five orders and to date what has been received has been of the poorest quality. Tomato plants posted before Easter and all dead on arrival. Geraniums only 2 from 5 survived. Begonias only half of order received. Surely someone must realise that cashing in on current situation is going to result in lots of people not giving repeat business. Please sort it out URGENTLY

The plants ordered were of SERIOUSLY substandard quality. Of 20 fuchsia plugs 8 were already rotten or dead and since another 3 have died. Other orders - placed before I was aware of the dreadful quality- are equally totally unacceptable. Trying to cancel remaining items has been like pulling teeth. I can get no answer to my e-mails. Plant quality is simply dreadful, and customer service ranks no higher. I have awarded only 1 star only because I could go no lower.

I ordered Petunia plug plants for my hanging baskets in March, Email advised of a delay; Emailed twice to T&M no response. Plants turned up last week, 40% went straight to compost heap, stems detached from roots. The plants' roots were dry and the extent of growth indicated that they had been packed some time. Not impressed, rubbish service and woeful product.

I ordered plug plants for hanging baskets in March 2020, message received saying slight delay, messaged in April - no reply, sent again on 4 May - no reply. Plants arrived last week, 40% were dead, the roots were dry and given the growth of the remaining specimens they had been in the packaging for quite a while.

Ordered frills and spells in Feb. Catologuec stated five colours. I only have two being purple and white this shouldn't happen missing Three colours cost of plants 43 pound Couldn't get in touch sooner as flowers have only just started to bloom hence only two colours Dissapointed to say the least plus don't like being ripped off Think trading Standards need to sort this shambolic company out

I have received 2 parts of a 3 part order the quality and condition of plants is very poor as per attached photo-cost £14. The 3rd part of order states there has been a delay in order being dispatched and should be dispatched within 14 days but this time has passed. I have emailed Thompson & Morgan requesting a full refund in view of missing order and very poor quality of orders received.

The geraniums and fuchsias have arrived. The fuchsias are puny, broken little things. Very disappointing indeed. The geraniums are all leggy, some with one tall outsized more or less dead leaf from a tiny centre. We will try to salvage a few but have sent off for some replacements from another firm. Shan't bother with this firm again.

I ordered plants a couple of months ago one product was delivered in a very poor condition but no sign of the rest. Whilst understanding that things are difficult for every company st the moment I find it unforgiveable that Thompson and Morgan take money from your account on receiving an order and hold on to it with no concern about the fact that plants arrive so late and in a bad condition whilst knowing we have no way of contacting them

- Delayed posting of items - Poor packaging resulted in damaged plants on arrival - No communication (phone lines turned off and won't respond to emails) - Some plants dead on arrival Spent £140 on plants, and almost everything is ruined.

Not happy with this company at all this year, plants are late arriving and when they do arrive they are in poor condition 24 petunias , we'll be lucky if half survive,we had the same experience last year but didnt do a review but we definately will not order next year, Thompson and Morgan used to have a good reputation but according to previous reviews, not any more.

I have placed two orders, I have received my second order, but no sign of my first order. I had confirmation email for both orders. Have sent two emails but no reply. The two hanging baskets I received had quiet a few stems that had been broken off I dare say they had been rolling around in back of van, with not a lot of care taken, if your using a parcel delivery company what do you expect . People pay good money and expect a good service and plants delivered in a good condition.
