“We had a minor issue when booking our Dubai package through Thrillophilia last month. One of the highlights was a desert safari, but it got postponed due to unexpected weather. At first, I thought it would take weeks of back and forth, but once I raised the concern, their team quickly resolved it by offering us a new safari date and refund within 48 hours. While they’re not perfect, I appreciated how quickly they acknowledged the mistake. I’m happy with how they not only refunded me but also arranged the desert safari.”

“We spent 5 days and 4 nights on the beautiful Medhifushi Island in the Maldives, and every moment felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly planned—smooth transfers, warm welcomes, and seamless check-ins. We traveled to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and the resort went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated bed for her birthday and even presented us with a delicious cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that left us feeling truly overwhelmed with happiness. As parents, we were especially touched by how baby-friendly the resort was. They provided healthy, freshly prepared meals for our little one, made exactly to our requirements. Knowing our daughter was eating nutritious, freshly made food gave us so much peace of mind during the trip. The food for us was equally amazing, with a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes that made every meal a treat. The beaches were stunning—powdery white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in both a beach villa and a water villa, each offering its own charm. The beach villa gave us direct access to the shore and a peaceful ocean view, while the water villa was pure magic—waking up to the gentle sound of waves and stepping straight into the lagoon was unforgettable. This trip was more than just a vacation—it was a collection of beautiful memories we will cherish forever. “Worst travel planning experience ever - Europe The only good part was the initial planning stage — the salesperson had good knowledge of places and activities. But from the moment the first payment was made, communication dropped drastically. Visa process was mishandled with errors, poor guidance, and split slots. Overpriced hotels and flights, major itinerary mismanagement — including missed activities and crammed schedules that ruined special days. Transfers not booked, support unresponsive, vouchers sent last-minute and out of order. Overall, a frustrating and exhausting experience I would never recommend.”

“Just 1.5–2 hours from Bangalore, the Skandagiri trek is the perfect quick escape. We started at 3:30 AM, hiking under a blanket of stars with only our torches lighting the rocky trail. The climb is moderate — a mix of mud paths and boulder sections — and takes about 2.5 hours to the top. Reaching the summit just as the sky turned gold was magical, but the real show began when the sea of clouds drifted beneath us. With panoramic views of Nandi Hills, fort ruins, and a small temple, it felt like stepping into another world. Tip: Book in advance on the Thrillophilia website, wear sturdy shoes, carry a headlamp, and go between October–February for the best sunrise views. Weekdays are quieter and more peaceful. A short trek with a big reward — Skandagiri is a must for any nature lover around Bangalore.”

“We planned a trip to Ladakh for 8 days and it was well planned by thrillophilia team. I got complete support and detailed information before and after booking the trip. Ladakh is extremely beautiful place where we could experience pure beauty of the nature. The people are so friendly and loving. Driver Gurmet was extremely helpful and cordial during the trip. Visiting pangong lake and staying beside the lake was an amazing surreal experience. We got to watch starry night in Hanle as well. The weather was also quite good during this time. The landscape of ladakh is very different than any other place we have been to. All in all a wonderful experience and everyone should visit Ladakh at least once in their life. It's a beautiful experience.”
