“Worst travel partner.. They offered u a hotel in itirnary quoting 3 star.. however in actual its a 3rd class hotel. in phuket they give me APK resort. Which is one of the worst hotel.. (you all customer on ur own check reviews of apk resort on google and make my trip, how can thiropelia offer such hotel for which public reviews are so bad).. they doesn't care to do alternate arrangement. Similarly in bangkok they provided a seperate bed room to a couple.. When I raised a complaint they doesn't take the ownership neither reimburse the money for damage control.. Very very worst partner.. Better to go with Make my trip or Heena travels... never go with thiropelia.”
