“Our Rajasthan day tour booked through Trillophila in December 2024 was exceptional, with flawlessly executed arrangements and seamless hotel check-ins. However, we recommend a review of the Jaipur hotel selection for future clients.”

“Review of Thrillophilia's Kuari Pass Trek: A Nightmare Experience (They Disabled My Review Links!)
If you’re planning to book a trek with Thrillophilia, think again. My Kuari Pass trek with them was a disaster, and to make things worse, they disabled my review links on my Thrillophilia profile after logging in—clearly, they don't want genuine feedback to surface. Here’s why you should avoid them:
Pushy Sales, Zero Support After Payment:
Their sales team floods your WhatsApp with messages, pressuring you to make the payment the same day. But after the payment is done, they stop responding to your queries entirely.
Outsourced Treks at Higher Prices:
Thrillophilia is not even the actual trek operator. They handed over our trek to a local company, Parvat Exploration, and charged ₹2,000 more than what others paid for direct bookings with the same company. Despite paying extra, there were no special arrangements or added value for booking through Thrillophilia.
False Promises About Accommodation:
I was promised a single room, but we were crammed into dormitories in freezing December, with no hot water for drinking or bathing.
Substandard Food Arrangements:
The food provided was so limited that we had to buy our meals from outside. To add insult to injury, my water bottle was stolen from their kitchen, where they asked us to keep it for refilling.
Arrogant and Unresponsive Ground Operators:
The ground operators Thrillophilia works with are rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about resolving any of your issues during the trek.
Nonexistent Customer Support:
Thrillophilia’s customer care promises a response within an hour, but they don’t even bother answering calls.
Dangerously Understaffed Groups:
There were only two trek leaders for a group of 60–65 people. They didn’t monitor the group’s safety and simply walked ahead, leaving us to manage on our own.
Unprofessional Trek Leaders:
The trek leaders were shockingly unprofessional, smoking throughout the trek and drinking alcohol at campsites. Worse, no trek leader was assigned for the descent, leaving us unguided.
No Safety Gear Provided:
Despite slippery snow, we weren’t provided with crampons, even though other trekking groups had them. This put everyone’s safety at serious risk.
Final Warning:
Thrillophilia charges a premium for a subpar, outsourced service and disables reviews to hide negative feedback. They overpromise, underdeliver, and compromise on safety. For more details, check out my YouTube videos documenting this terrible experience.
Avoid Thrillophilia at all costs! Book directly with reliable local operators instead. Don't waste your money or risk your safety on this scammy platform.”
“**Brahmatal Trek: A Journey of a Lifetime** I recently completed the Brahmatal Trek, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the well-organized logistics to the stunning scenery, every detail was taken care of, making this an unforgettable adventure. What truly set this trek apart were the exceptional team members: Cook Biru, Trek Leader PK, Pradeep, and Mahaveer. Each of them played a crucial role in ensuring our trek was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Here's a detailed review of the trek, highlighting their contributions: ### 1. **Cook Biru - Culinary Mastermind** Biru was not just a cook; he was the heart and soul of our trek when it came to food. Trekking in the mountains can often mean compromising on quality meals, but Biru shattered that stereotype. He prepared delicious, fresh, and nutritious meals every day, even with limited resources at the campsites. His expertise in creating a variety of dishes, ranging from traditional Indian curries to comforting soups and snacks, was impressive. Every meal was a highlight after a challenging day on the trails. Whether it was hot parathas with sabzi in the morning or a hearty dal-chawal in the evening, Biru ensured we were always well-fed and energized for the journey ahead. His cheerful demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made him a standout part of the experience. ### 2. **Trek Leader PK - A Guiding Star** PK, our trek leader, was the perfect guide for this challenging trek. With years of experience, his deep knowledge of the Brahmatal trail, as well as his understanding of the terrain, weather conditions, and safety protocols, gave us a sense of confidence right from the start. His ability to keep the group together, ensuring no one felt left behind, was remarkable. PK’s leadership was characterized by a calm, approachable nature, and he was always ready with a word of encouragement when we needed it most. Beyond trekking, PK’s storytelling and insights into the local culture and history added an enriching dimension to the journey. He took the time to get to know each of us, tailoring his advice and support to individual needs. Under his leadership, the trek was both safe and enjoyable. ### 3. **Pradeep - The Dependable Support** Pradeep was the backbone of our trek's logistical support. His role was crucial in making sure everything ran smoothly, from managing the tents and equipment to keeping the trail clean and organized. He handled the practicalities with remarkable efficiency and ensured that all the trekkers' needs were met. Whether it was assisting with the setup of camps, making sure everyone had the right gear, or providing quick fixes when required, Pradeep's attention to detail was exceptional. He was always available for help, and his positive attitude made him someone we could all rely on. His presence was reassuring, and his hardworking nature ensured that we could focus on the trekking experience without worrying about the little things. ### 4. **Mahaveer - The Ever-Smiling Companion** Mahaveer was an integral part of our team, providing unwavering support and companionship throughout the trek. His warmth and infectious smile were a constant source of motivation. He was always at hand to help with anything, whether it was assisting with tricky parts of the trail, carrying extra weight for someone in need, or simply offering encouraging words during tough moments. Mahaveer’s patient and friendly nature made him a joy to be around. His cheerful attitude lifted our spirits, especially when we were fatigued or faced with difficult sections of the trek. He was also a great source of local knowledge, sharing stories and experiences that connected us with the culture and history of the region. ### The Trek Experience The Brahmatal Trek itself was nothing short of magical. The initial days were filled with the thrill of forest trails, snow-covered paths, and spectacular mountain views.”
