“Never again! This was my first and last time trying to use them. I booked two tickets to Q1 observation deck, for AUD 56. My card was showing pending status and Thrillophilia account was showing pending as well. About an hour later the tickets still didn't arrive. I tried contacting them by calling, sending a chat, and an email. No one replied. Finally I bought the tickets directly from Q1 and went up. About 3 hours later I got a WhatsApp message, asking how they could help me. I told them it was too late and ask them to cancel my order, which, BTW, has never came in.”

Dont waste your money and time
When you pay money forget you will get any reimburse in any case.
1. Due to food problem with hotel food.
All my family got sick after eating food.
Due to food problem I cancelled my last day in srinagar and no money reimburse.
2..Srinagar hotel provided all mosquitoes were coming inside the room Due to window broken.
3.we booked hotel with buffet No buffet in dinner or breakfast.
4. No fruits or soup provided during the stay.
5.No buffet or they never ask customer what you like to eat.
6.Bad reimburse policy no return of money if you pay no return.
Bad policy if service they provide is horrible bcoz of that ask them to return 1 day reimburse that i not utilise still no return.
Beware of this policy.”
