“I have filled many online forms over the past few years. What can be off putting and difficult for the user / client is the point where the web page seems to be not responding and is not clear as to what bit of information is required to fill the form successfully. Joe public needs to have CLEAR no nonsense easy to fill forms.”

“Tickets bought easily. Experience spoiled a bit when it asks if you want to pay further fees for a type of mobile ticket, which you'd expect to be free with other services, but that's optional.”

“The tickets for this event are just as easy to buy at the gate, saving the £1 fee, as there are no seats to book and no number restrictions. In this particular case there was an extra offer which did make it worthwhile. If not for an extra discount I would never use this way of booking.”
