“I was eventually successful, so it was acceptable. But: - why do you need mobile phone number? I only use my mobile in emergency. What is wrong with land-line, which I use all the time. - I wanted to buy tickets for more than one event, but couldn't see a way of doing so, so Leeds International Festival has lost some custom.”

“Website worked ok but confusing payment as options are gpay, FB and PayPal etc. Not immediately obvious how to use a regular card. Also doesn’t state you don’t accept Amex until you enter your card details. Feels cheeky to pay extra for postage and mobile tickets costs when there’s already a £5 booking fee.”

“Reasonably smooth process but booking fee of £3.30 on a £22 ticket is quite a lot, and default of 35p extra for a mobile ticket is just piling on the pain! No PayPal facility either, which I would expect in this day and age. Not my favourite ticket-buying experience.”
