Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“Would not work properly on a mobile device. Tried my iPhone and my iPad Pro I couldn’t get to the last box that said process purchase. I had to run to my laptop and do the transaction that way. Also there was no tab for the US dollar. So I did not quite know how much the tickets were going to come out to.”

“Had some trouble signing in/triggering forgotten password link and it kept not letting me go through with the transaction, both with the email address I originally signed up with, and a new one. Got a bit stressed as time was running out in case of losing the tickets, but got there in the end! Otherwise all fine.”

“Pretty straightforward but wouldn’t process the payment with no explanation. Tried 4 times with two different cards and still couldn’t buy them. Returned 6 hours later and had no problem”

“Booking system works ok - but booking fees are £1 per ticket (not per booking), and then they an EXTRA 50p added to booking fees in order to receive the tickets by email. This should be included in the booking fee!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience. Kind regards, Ticket Arena

“Kept clicking on log in with Facebook and it just wouldn't work - tried it on different browsers and even on mobile and the problem persisted. Apart from that I logged in a different way and this was a lot easier.”

“Registering was plain and simple. A little disappointed when I tried to book 2 tickets for a festival in Crystal Palace. The booking system kept throwing me out at the paying stage, which meant when I finally booked I had to accept the 2nd release tickets at an additional £5 per ticket charge, because 1st release were all sold out.”
