Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“I found it a little bit tedious that I had to make an account just to buy this ticket. There should be an option to checkout as a guest.”

“When payment was going through it failed and payment had to be resubmitted which made me worry that I had paid twice. Easy to order and details provided.”

“Sometimes when buying tickets the process can be unclear. For example, I brought a forbidden forest ticket but I thought I paid the whole ticket but on the system it only went through as a deposit”

“Got suspicious of the web site asking for my facebook or email password. Other than that easy to use. Would have preferred to have paid by Paypal.”

When you use this feature you are redirected to Facebook's website. None of your Facebook account details other than your name and email address are stored or seen by Ticket Arena. Our delivery fee covers more than just delivery, costs can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. “Confusing website, I ended up paying £20 more for tickets that I didn't need to because the website was not clear and then the customer service representative told me they could not refund me because it wouldn't be fair on other customers. These times it wasn't fair for me to have to pay more just because the website is unclear!! Not happy but acceptable because at least I was able to purchase tickets.”

However, for this particular event, the staff at the venue can scan your ticket directly from your phone. While Ticket Arena accept debit and credit card payments as well as Apple and Google pay we do not currently accept Paypal. “System easy enough to use. Only complaint is being charged 60p to print off tickets, seeing as i've done the work ordering tickets myself, and will be using my own printer/paper.”

“Booking fee and postage seems a bit over priced for the service”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service.
