Why do we always have to pay a booking fee when you are printing the ticket yourself. Site response was slow

The whole screen wasn't always shown each time meaning I had to continually scroll up & down unnecessarily.

I think that the booking fee was excessive and should have been applied to each order rather than each ticket.

I would also like to have a .pkpass version of the ticket. That's the mobile ticket standard, not the apple wallet one. (there are way more android phones than iphones out there)

It was clear how to buy but a bit complicated how to pay (through facebook, e-mail account, etc..) at least i have managed and i bought my tickets ;)

Bit confusing that the 60p Send to mobile option comes up and not the free print option until the drop down is selected. Spoke to some people at the event that stopped the process at that point and brought on the day.

We do add a 30p charge to cover our costs for providing ticket scanners, staff to handle entry at events, printing and designing of tickets, and more. As you rightly said, customers can also choose to have their tickets emailed free of charge if they prefer. With regards to delivery fees, these cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more.
