“Why my rating is not higher: 1. There were problems with the website when I first tried to book - the 'find seats' button was not there. Managed to book the next day. 2. I needed 8 seats and had to split my booking - it made me anxious that the seats next to the first booked would be taken before I had time to continue. 3. The show's length showed 1hr30mins when I first checked (21 to 22:30) but was later changed to 1 hr (21 to 22). I would have preferred accurate information before booking.”

“Unbelievable how as soon as you refresh the page as tickets are released, first and second release has already sold out. Who manages to buy them all in 1 second? Then you’re forced to buy a third release for twice the price, and suddenly second release are back on sale? Either your site is glitching or it’s all to do with making money....”
