“I was on the ticket link before the opening time to be told I’d be allocated a random place which is very unfair as I missed out on the ticket needed! I had to pay more for a different ticket. Tickets need to be accessible to those first come first served”

“I had a chance to get cheaper tickets on my phone but the option to pay wasn't working (didnt allow me to click) therefore i had to pay for monthly for my tickets which is more expensive”

“I was using my mobile phone but the site is extremely slow and it kept taking me back to the start of the que. I got into the que at 9:20 and complete my purchase 20 minutes later after refreshing the page several times”

“Completion was good but didn't accept my payment via Apple Pay 3 times then refreshed my position in the queue 2 times without my doing and caused me to lose 1st release tickets and costing me another £30+.”
