“Website kept freezing and refreshing. My card details weren’t accepted by the website so I had to use credit card. And my ticket got booked by the wrong address”

“Overall easy, but annoying when you choose a ticket and then it's not held, but no longer available when you go to pay for it in the end. Are they not reserved for at least a couple minutes before being released?”
