“The page kept refreshing and bringing me back to the starting point, but once I got back, it let me process the payment, etc. smoothly.”

“I went into my call contacts to obtain my number and when I went back to the booking screen i had lost my place and instead of paying 160 I had to pay 190”

“I clicked on the cheaper ticket when it was available and the page just kept refreshing for 5 minutes. Not allowing me to move on to the payment option”

“Waited 35 minutes to view tickets, I clicked on the confirmation email as I received it at 9:01 as I was keeping an eye on my email. Waiting time is ridiculous. when I was finally let on the page, early bird vip and super early vip was sold out. Later I refreshed the page early bird was available I clicked on early bird and checked out only for me to view my confirmation email and see my ticket type was 1st release which is obviously more expensive than early bird. When back to the site to see early bird was sold out and there was super early was available. Call customer support regarding the issue and ask to change my ticket type to early bird the guy was waffling talking about I can’t change my tickets type, why’s that, when I am not asking for a refund or change payment detail just to change my ticket type to early bird which shows is available on the website. I am fuming to be honest paying £249 for tickets I initially chose early birds for £200. Why can’t I change my ticket type?????”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I would like to apologise that you have not been able to purchase the tickets you required. This event was of extremely high demand and there were only a limited number of tickets. We monitored the on sale closely and no issues with the site were identified. Due to a high demand for tickets, tickets may be displayed as 'sold out' because tickets are still in customers' baskets. If this order is not completed, then the tickets will go back on sale to be purchased. I believe this is what happened in your case. “I don't understand why I paid the price of the 2nd Release VIP tickets even though prices for super early birds or early birds tickets were available after my payment.”

“It was OK but I wasn't too keen on the 'queue' process - should have displayed a countdown timer and seemed unfair that you randomly had to wait in the queue regardless of how early you joined it, and if your random allocation was long you had to pay way more for a ticket (as I did).”

“Professional Easy and quick to use Clear layout and format However, the site should refresh itself when tickets are sold out instead of some tickets being available to select but are sold out when you try to purchase them. All in all it’s a good service”

“The tickets kept reloading and I ended up getting ripped off. When the original tickets were there. Not happy about this, ended up paying more for the ticket.”
