“I entered my payment details for a cheaper ticket but the processing went on for a very long time only to be kicked out of the queue leaving me only with the option to buy the more expensive tickets once I’d got back into the queue.”

“I was waiting in que from just before 9:00 yet at 9:30 I was still waiting and when I tried to purchase tickets it would say it’s unavailable even after the original page said the ticket as available to add to basket by time it refreshes all the tickets are gone except the 200 pound ones I also think they shouldn’t have the page refresh depending on wether you wanted to look at instalment plans or pay out right because the same thing happens and then u technically don’t get first dibs on tickets”

“First we were put in Q and after that we could not even by the tickets.. as it was not processing correctly and that after I finally bought the tickets.. the cheaper ones were available.. If you are aware a lot of people are gonna be on the site then you should have better contingency plans.”
