“It was very difficult to get my ticket, although I did in the end. I was put back into the queue several times which was very frustrating and had I not gotten the ticket I wanted to due to this (which was the case for others), I would had been devastated.”

“It’s pretty stressing when everyone wants to buy the same thing and you can see the minutes pass and your deadline approach. I understand that too many people on the same website creates a bug. But well, I got my tickets, not the ones I wanted but I got them so I guess it’s not bad! Thanks!”

“It was a quick and easy process. Although I had to wait in a que but understand the traffic the festival drove to the website I waited about 10mins and got my ticket in less than 4mins. Easy navigation.”
