“Was on 2nd release for Afronation 2020 then it took me out of it and I had to wait again then paid for third release which was more expensive”

“due to the fact that by a mistake a pressed pay- monthly and i had to wait again in the queue and that's not fair”

“Was a good way of managing the pre sales and eradicated issues like crashing of the site due to high traffic, however due to the quene being random people who qued up at at 7am didnt get a chance to secure the early bird or super early bird tickets.”

“When attempted to book lower price tickets it keep throwing me back to ticket selection page. Then I was thrown out when trying to make purchase, then went back in queue and the price increased. I ended up paying £90 more for the event!!!! Disatisfied, feel that these errors were intentional to get customers to pay more”
