“Was able to select 1 ticket at early bird release and one at 2nd release however when proceeded to the next stage to pay I was being charged for two second release tickets.”

“I wanted a vip ticket at the same price it wouldn’t let me purchace, after I bought I standard ticket for the same money the vip tickets appeared again for the same price im so angry”

“While trying to pirchase tickets for afronation on 28th of November, the website crashed as it was my turn in the queue. While making payment, the price i was attempting to making for became sold out and yet it still stated early bird tickets were avaialble. I had no option but to purchase 1st release general admission. Fix up!!”

“I didn’t like the whole queuing thing but I guess it was necessary . It was also showing me tickets that were available but when I did click into it’d be come unavailable that really annoyed me”

“That "in a queue" BS is not the one! I had to lie there for 20 mins waiting to be redirected just to find the Super Early Bird tickets sold out - even though I was on the page 10 mins before it even went live. Also if I press an option, e.g. Early Bird Ticket, and I go to pay and it keeps taking me back to the same page because it's sold out, that needs to be clearer.”
