“As I wanted to purchase two tickets on the Pre-Sale of the AfroNation Festival, I registered myself for the Pre-Sale. This step worked very well. Today I had the chance to buy the Tickets but over 10 times I missfailed due to a message which said that the authentication of my credit card didn't work. On the 11 time I tried it with the monthly payment which worked on the first try. With the same credit card. But now I have to pay monthly the ticket and the price is much higher than the payment once at all. The Service center couldn't help me afterwards what Is a very bad experience for me.”
