“I thought the event was brilliant however I do think the tickets were over-sold because you could not move. We waited over and hour for drinks which was frustrating and to find out you can only pay by card was the one thing that really annoyed me because I only took cash and it didn’t state or advise anywhere that it was card only”

“Sweatbox. Event was oversold, people were still being let in way after doors “closing”. Too many people, everyone was packed like sardines and sweating as there was no air con.”

“After paying £55.00 for a pre drinks band for NYE bass festival I had the worse experience. I had my wrist band topped up with the money on arrival. To then only £14.00 of the £55.00 to be told I had no money left. I then spent the best part of 45mins at the front entrance of the venue to have this sorted in the mean time missing the only act I actually wanted to see. Want my advise I would say to never pre order drinks bands again and wait til you have actually reached the venue on the day.”
