“Misleading ticket sales - I was supposed to receive a shirt with my ticket and selected a size for said shirt but when I went to pick it up I was told I hadn’t actually purchased a shirt. I’ve heard this happened to other people as well, very unexpectedly, so it would be helpful if it was a bit clearer in future.”
