“first time using cashless wristband, money wasnt loaded on properly so had to ask the info staff to help,lost my extra credit because of this.then wasnt in knowledge that id need to keep it once i cut it off to arrange a refund so i cant get that either 🤣🤣”

“Whilst purchasing a ticket was very easy in comparison to other ticket websites, the organisation of the cashless vouchers was really bad. I have no idea who is involved in this, whether it was Ticket Arena or the Festival itself but it was not a very good idea.”
