“QR never came through on ticket so was not possible to redeem credit. Phones switched off on customer service and not responding to emails. Opened fraud case with my bank.”

“Wasn’t pleased with the cashless voucher idea, makes buying things a hassle, had to go and top up every time and couldn’t see how much funds I had left, what’s wrong with just using contactless? Made the festival less enjoyable.”
