“I received no email regarding a refund request for rolling loud Portugal or any communication at all. After the event was postponed to 2021 there was no communication after this didn’t go ahead. I am now being told there was a refund request form that was not communicated? I have requested a refund multiple times over email. Why wouldn’t they communicate this. To be honest I won’t be purchasing tickets through ticket arena again. They changed their terms and conditions after payment and have proceeded to take customers money after that.”

“Very helpful advisors (Mary and Jimmy) who updated my email address details following a data breach. However, I would still like to know what the situation with the ticketarena app is. This enquiry was never followed up. It used to be a very useful thing to have on my phone but now no longer seems to work and the developer has not updated it for more than a year. It also seems very difficult to use your website too.”
