Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“I think it is really great and easy to get a ticket - i‘m from austria and it‘s much more difficult to get a ticket in my country so i enjoyed it thanks :)”

“One of the most unfriendly sites around. Don’t understand that free tickets have to be purchased on site. What about all the registration and data required for this booking. After 3 attempts gave up and had to seek help from a friend. I would not have gone at all to the event because of all the frustration caused to book and persisted as my nieces are performing. I ask you to get your act together and make it simple and a pleasure to book.”

“Very easy and simple to use. The booking process is very clear. However, my email confirmation does not state if the ticket is a standing or seated ticket.”
