“I love TicketArena even though the email with your ticket sometimes does not arrive instantly but most of the times its instant. I also find the process of buying tickets quite easy! Also, the black friday deals were amazing, made so much use of those! I bought tickets on another deal as well for Joris Voorn at E1 London. That was also a really good deal. I would love if you did more deals like this and more frequently!”

“It wasn't easy for me to register via my mobile. It was my first time using Ticket Arena. I was chatting with your Customer Helpers and Jimmy led me through. He was very helpful but for some time, I was not sure whether I was being seen to or not. Maybe a message promted to indicate that one is still being kept on hold would help. Cheers.”

“Les informations ne sont pas vraiment claires. J'ai payé plus pour être rassurée, mais cela n'a pas été le cas. J'ai l'impression d'avoir payé plus pour pas grand chose. Il y a eut des frais en plus dont je n'ai pas été informée, avant de recevoir un sms de ma banque. J'espère juste qu'il n'y aura pas de désagrément à l'arrivée.”
