“Using a card compared to Mobile Money is faster. The time factor on mobile money authorization and completion can be reduced since after one hasn’t authorized payment it should reflect in a few seconds.”

“Fast, easy to use service that's clear and simple. I was dissapointed with my recent experience as the screen wouldn't refresh for a long time and completely reset my order which then cost me more money because of a queueing system! However I dont think it would put me of purchasing with ticket arena in the future.”
