“It was alright. I love how simple it was. It was smooth and easy to pay for the ticket. Although I suggest you improve the experience after payment is made, i had to wait for a timer that was counting down 180 seconds to reload the page to see payment successful and then waited again for another countdown to get my email. If you work on that, I would have a happier experience next time. Thank you.”

“It wasn't easy for me to register via my mobile. It was my first time using Ticket Arena. I was chatting with your Customer Helpers and Jimmy led me through. He was very helpful but for some time, I was not sure whether I was being seen to or not. Maybe a message promted to indicate that one is still being kept on hold would help. Cheers.”
