“Les informations ne sont pas vraiment claires. J'ai payé plus pour être rassurée, mais cela n'a pas été le cas. J'ai l'impression d'avoir payé plus pour pas grand chose. Il y a eut des frais en plus dont je n'ai pas été informée, avant de recevoir un sms de ma banque. J'espère juste qu'il n'y aura pas de désagrément à l'arrivée.”

“Easy to use, you can see map of venue and which seats are available and prices. It was a bit annoying to have to click on each and every performance to find seats that worked for us. Is it possible to do a search across all performances?”

“Very good and simple to book online. Just: I saved my E-Tickets in the "Wallet" but on the Wallet-Version the seat numbers are not listed (just Event, Ticket Type and Date) - so I also printed the tickets.”
