“I used the system to book 7 tickets. I think improvement can be done on the following: 1) It would be preferred if after after finding out there aren't the seats you want on a particular date Ione could return to the 'All Events' page at the click of one button rather than having to go back 3 stages to get there. b) It would be great if on the plan showing the seats and layout of the theatre one showed also which seats are elevated and which are not. Looking forward to the show! Tania”

“Booking and reservations process is easy however, when trying to book two seats side by side it did not allow me. When I re loaded to book the adjacent seat the system forced me to book the remaining row. Other than the process is neat and simple to use.”
