“The user experience is quite horrible, way too many steps in purchase, no visibility what you are actually buying and the payment did not work the first time (even though completed before the timeout). I would recommend hiring an UX specialist.”

“this review refer to the web site I have not reached to the team of customer service. found this platform not a user friendly to the over 60's , did not wanted to create an account for one off booking it was not giving the choice not to create an account.”
