“Purchasing from Canada for Hospitality on the Beach 2020 - Ordering my tickets was fast, easy and convenient. Happy to have the insurance on my ticket in case something goes wrong last minute. Have used your service in the past when I was travelling in the UK and had nothing but good experiences. Thank you Ticket Arena!”

“i payed extra for a refundable ticket. Yet when i went to return them it was the spanish inquisition. I needed proof of an illness or a serious accident happened. When people return tickets it may be because plans have changed, and thats ok. Not clear from the refundable option that it had to be that serious. Felt tricked and would not have bought them if i'd known. Complete waste of money.”

“It’s quite weird to charge an extra 30p to get an Apple Wallet pass. This pass could just as easily be linked to in an email (see almost every other website which deals with tickets), then you wouldn’t incur the expense of a text message.”
