Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Trying to order on an android phone and the set up was quite awkward to use. For example when I tried to input my telephone number it already had a number present? This could not be removed to complete the transaction quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. In regards to our fees, booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn't be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience. Kind regards, Ticket Arena

The format was set up well and was easy to manage also the amount of different ticket options was very good. I would like to have had PayPal as a payment option.

I made a mistake on my first entry and didn`t realise it was only this one question, my only criticism is why these sites don`t have a pay by paypal option and I have to put my card details on yet another site

Very speedy once on Laptop, but it felt unsafe when on phone, as the page kept refreshing and deleting my card details.

Managed to get tickets at a reasonable price... could have got early birds and saved £10 if the website hadn't kept kicking me out and saying basket empty though...

Due to a high demand for tickets, it is possible for certain ticket types to sell out in the time it takes for you to checkout and results in an empty basket. Very annoying website. I had to re enter my details at least 10 times before the tickets would actually appear in my basket. My friends had exactly the same experience.

The only thing that I think you could improve is allowing customers to change the date on payment plans

Currently our payment plan system is automated, meaning we're unable to change the date payment is taken, however we'll take your suggestion into consideration for future events. For future reference if a payment is not successful we will attempt to take the payment one day later, then three days later, if this payment is not successful we will once again attempt to take payment five days after this. Quick process but booking fee and compulsory 30p for an email ticket was not so acceptable
