Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Was very disappointed that I only had the option to pay in pounds, and not euros. The total came 18 pounds rather than 16 Euro, so around 5 Euro more expensive. Also, I accessed the tickets through the link provided on the event.

It was very difficult to pay 3 attempts to add a new card and didn’t work across 2 devices and 3 web browsers

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. In regards to our fees, booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience. Kind regards, Ticket Arena

your service is good...but i take issue with a £4.20 booking charge for a ticket you send by email. I also take issue with being charged per ticket rather than per booking. Are you really trying to convince me it costs you £4.20 PER TICKET to process... i don't think so.... its greed, pure and simple.

Was surprised not to get the tickets via email for all three days I bought - I only received the Sunday ticket whilst the others are apparently coming around a week before the event. Otherwise it was easy buying.

I initially attempted to purchase my tickets via my smartphone but was unable to proceed due to the system not accepting my mobile number albeit, I used a number of variations.. I had to use my laptop in the end.. A bit frustrating..

I bought my hideout ticket on the deposit scheme but the process wasn’t easy and was annoying, you should have set it up so we can log into our account and pay the remainder of the balance for our ticket but instead we had to check which email address we used and purchase a final balance ticket? Annoying and confusing

We ensure that payment methods are constantly reviewed to ensure we provide a service which is as feasible as possible for all customers and will soon be adding both Apple Pay and Android Pay to our offering.
