“It was great! Not having to worry about carrying cash/ card plus I got a free drink with my top up which counteracted the wrists band fee and refund fee up for it ! Great bit of research for my future events as seen at production show well done tried and tested! Happy person !”

“It was a good idea in theory, but what was the point of topping up before the event if you still had to queue once you got there to put the actual credit on the wristband?! Didn't receive my free drink as stated on Southports website and I think it is crazy that you are expected to pay to get a refund of your OWN money!! That definitely was not stated beforehand. I also didn't trust that I was being charged the right amount. I credited my band with £75 and I only had enough for about 6 drinks!”

“The purchase was easy enough but using the drinks vouchers at the festival was a nightmare. The machines on most pre topped up charging points were having problems so you’d have one person with the only functioning machine charging wrist bands for two queues. My friend didn’t do the pre wrist band top up online and she was served straight away as she didn’t have to join the ‘pre charged wrist band top up’ queues.”

Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. In regards to our fees, booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn't be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. “The fact my name's on the ticket and it's for a present for my cousin is a tad annoying!! Maybe an option to choose a name to put on ticket would be better?? Other than that an excellent service”
