“The page is slow and also provides little time to search the data and enter them on the page. They also do not have other languages than English and I think it is a mistake because there are other languages as important as the English of customers who buy on their website (Spanish, French, etc ...)”

“Tried 3 times before to get the chance to pay and get my tickets! Slow service but in the end I got my tickets, that’s the important.... quickly service by email after payment and added my ticket on Apple wallet”

“More bar staff! People don’t bother to get themselves drinks as the queues are ridiculously long which then also encourages bringing drugs inside as alcohol is so much harder to access. More bar staff = more sales”

“Love the idea of a cashless system but having an app so you can credit your wristband or ticket directly would be so much better. If you have already bought a ticket with a code on, why did we have to buy a separate voucher and then have to queue to have it put on wristband. When it would be much easier to top up using serial number on ticket??? Really hope this is sorted for never event at end of the month”

“The staff at the door weren’t as helpful, the bar staff were unorganised and slow. There was no good crowd feeling and the place felt very segregated, it was a strange experience. The music didn’t flow as much just sounded as if loads smashed together.”

“Think it was a great idea to have money placed on wristbands to avoid queues (and people losing money) however feel it was counterproductive to require people to queue, one of the things the wristbands were trying to avoid, to have the money placed on their wristband. The queue was extremely long and someone I know actually had a panic attack due to the volume of people clumped together waiting to get their wristband activated. In future, I would suggest sorting for the money to be placed on the wristband prior to the event.”

“The idea is a good one, however the queues to collect your pre-paid vouchers were too long. Had I known that queue was going to be long then I would have brought cash as that queue was short. Probably just needs a few more sites around the festival where you can top up or collect your pre pay, or advertise the fact that you can top up with cash on the day a bit more clearly”

“Ticket service was good but the ticket was misleading. On the PDF it had the last entry time for the for our actual ticket entry and tickets were voided. I understand the T&C's state the time of last entry upon purchase. Just thought it was a bit measleading”
