“I have had a discount code for my rally gb passes and even the message said discount code applied the price never dropped. If there was a problem with the code I would appreciate an error message.”

“tickets were fine but the confirmation email stated that we had to print our tickets, which was not stated at the time of purchasing. In the end we did not need to have printed them as they worked on the phone but it worried us as we did not have access to a printer”

“It would have been much better and quicker as well if you could take payments via PayPal. Obviously people like myself who use Android devices don't use Apple pay, which was the only alternative to me giving my card details out, which obviously in this day and age with so much digital fraud about, I really prefer not to do, unless as in this instance, there is no other choice if I want to purchase tickets for the event...”
