“I tend to use skiddle as my preference in booking, using ticketarena for a motion event. i was not a fan of using facebook for booking and feel that the two should be kept separate.”

“The rep seemed bright and aware, however to change ticket details I had to buy a another one and then be refunded. The idea of digital tickets are great, but the services processes are money grabbing, seems a like trite!”

“The system employed worked fine, but the event payment mechanism and details regarding activation cost and refund cost was not disclosed with enough notice (ie it was only about 2 months before the event, when at least half the people had already bought tickets).”

“I give 4 of 5 Stars because in the first line the concert was great and we have a good time. But there are some things we didn't enjoy, things like the organisation of this event. The Stuff didn't know, where the VIP's should enter, witch gate and so on. And After we enter the Festival. After about 20 Minutes the Stuff said we have to go to another plattform and the ´plattform where we used to be was only for VIP - Backstage or so. After we changed the Plattforms, our seight was not so good, the half of the whole crowd had better seight and they didn't pay any entrance”
