“Hi there I was in the process of paying when it went round and round for 15 minutes, then completely threw me out so I had to start the process again - unsure if the first payment had gone through or not. Anyway, second time was fine and I've only been charged once.”

“I have two gripes: 1. You don’t accept AMEX as payment and this isn’t flagged from the outset. I was unable to pay by Apple Pay as a result and it wasn’t until I opted to pay by credit card that I learned this. 2. It has taken almost 50 minutes to get confirmation of my booking, both through email and in the Ticket Arena “ticket buyers” section of the website and I’ve been worrying... a lot! Apart from that, all good. I now have the tickets and am HAPPY! My answers to the questions below apply to Slammin Events”
