“It would always be nice if you can pay the ticket without fees, and also send the ticket immediately good to be read from the mobile like every other website instead of giving the option with a fee.”

“In my case the first attempt to purchase tickets failed due to lack of funds on my part. It would have been great if i had received a notification that my attempt was unsuccessful or something went wrong as i found out because in re-checking the booking looked not processed. On the other hand i was served by Glen Farrugia who was very helpful and provided prompt response when i launched my query. I have only praise here and i am satisfied overall though the above recommendation would help customer experience if at all possible.”
