“Ticketing system failed to process my initial credit card transaction then after that I was only able to pay for the 2nd tier price costing me an extra £15 for the 2 tickets”

“Forbidden Forest - What a nightmare. Late receiving link on messenger. Multiple issues when going from order to payment, which eventually mean't re-entering from link. Got 2 tickets whilst a friend waited 20 minutes, and whilst doing so arranged someone else to try incase. Now as a group we have 6 tickets against the 4 needed and will need to resell.”
