Spent £100 on tickets for an event on 26 June 2020, which was just canceled due to the pandemic and rescheduled to FEBRUARY 2021. We can no longer attend on the new date and due to their policy we can not get a refund for the tickets, but instead this scammy company says to sell them on a marketplace so they don't lose a dime. That would be fine if the rules didn't state that you get your money AFTER THE SHOW, which in our case is now in Feb. What if the tickets don't sell? Even if they do sell we won't get the money for ELEVEN MONTHS. Absolute rubbish business model especially dealing with events effected due to the pandemic; we'll never give them a cent again and will be telling everyone we know to do the same.

They are a fraudulent company who's in bed with scalpers and they do everything to lead customers into buying overpriced tickets (platinum tickets) and operates with socalled flexible prices. What happened to face value and fixed prices? No one knows what a ticket is really worth anymore. And the service charge they put on in addition to the already over-overpriced ticket is obscene, sometimes 30-40 % of the ticket value. This company is greedy capitalism at its worst. And good luck trying to get a refund if a show is cancelled or postponed.

This is a review, that I'm really pleased to write. I recently criticised Ticket Master, for what I consider sharp practice. We just received an email from Ticket Master confirming return of £190. thank you.

Ordered tickets to go to a concert. Changed my mind and sold the tickets and was told by ticketmaster I must post them via special delivery which I did (£7). The gig was postponed and ticketmaster have said they will not pay me until the new concert has taken place (TBC). They have the buyers money, they know the buyer has the tickets and yet they will hold your money. Avoid like the plague! Scam company

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in September. My girlfriend decided to celebrate my end of treatment and brought 2 ticket to Bryan ferry at the Albert hall on 11.03.2020. In February I was diagnosed with lung cancer with brain matrices. The course of treatment was 5 radiotherapy, followed by 12 weeks of Chemotherapy and immunotherapy. My immune system would be shot to pieces on the day of the concert. She phoned ticket master and was given sympathy and a docket number and a promise of a return call in up to 72 hour. No phone call, so she phoned back. Further sympath, another docket number and a promise of a call back. They finally phone back on the day of concert, with an offer to put the ticket up for resale. No refund. I feel this was their plan all along. I'm a 67 year old pensioner. My girlfriend suffers from EDS. we can ill afford to loss £180. Are Ticket Master that desperate.

I've bought 4 tickets to attend O2 Academy Leeds Innoss'b event, which was supposed to happen on 20th December 2019. We were informed that the concert was cancelled at the venue. Since then I've been contacting Ticketmaster via email and calls for the refund and unfortunately for my disappointment I didn't get any response from them. One thing I know for sure is that I'll never buy again any event with Ticketmaster as they have no respect for the customers.

The other Trust Pilot site sponsored by Ticketmaster is a joke. 4* plus rating?? Disgraceful. This Page is full of the real reviews! Ticket master have not mastered the delivery of tickets! or anything else. Terrible service and BS fob off's Shame on you and I will never order off you again. We go to the theatre in London 6 times a year and Brighton about the same. We buy theatre tickets for friends and family as birthday gifts and Christmas. We will continue to do so but not through Ticketmaster. My wife ordered tickets on the 18th November and we were told they were dispatched on 20th Nov. Now 20th Dec and no tickets, just a thread of poor service emails from GRAYSON. He said we should have ordered tracked postage. we paid extra international postage and the option for tracking was not available. We ordered tickets for Chicago in Melbourne for our son and his girlfriend, we are in the UK and we are flying them back for a family Christmas and the tickets are one of their gifts from us. We are being told that to pick physical tickets up at the theatre is possible at a charge of 7.5 dollars each but the purchaser has to be there to pick them up with card used and photo ID? So Ticketmaster think we are going to fly out to Australia to pick up the tickets?? Morons!! Firstly our son who the tickets are for should be able to pick them up. Secondly why should we pay extra? did we lose the tickets?? We took out insurance but reading through that not sure how it will help. DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER! read the real reviews here and look at the rating. They are an absolute disgrace.

I spend out on postage with gift box. As is was 2days before the event I contacted ticketmaster to see where my tickets were. Was advise that they had been postage out in November some 6 weeks ago. They now promise to reprint them and I was to pick them up at the venue on the night. I informed them that as I did not have them posted with the gift box that I wanted a refund. As usual along came the word ‘policy’ and I was not entitled to a refund. I explained that I had not received what I payed for but they did not budge. So my advice do not pay for anything with a gift box, or faster postage utter scam! Will definitely not use them again.

Waardeloos bedrijf. Oplichters dus. NOOIT HIER KOPEN...!!!

As Ticketmaster is aware of (and I have provided medical evidence) I have scoliosis that even has allowed me to have access to a disabled badge. I told Ticketmaster that I had thought I purchased ticket insurance but there was a mistake or something and it didn't got through which isn't their fault I understand. However, I explained to them how my scoliosis problem had worsened and requested a refund due to me having to go to a doctors appointment for my scoliosis on the 17th (which tomorrow). The showed no care for my problem, is this how they treat their DISABLE CUSTOMERS? Like they are'nt worth as much. I eventually phoned today where I was told they apparently left me a voicemail on the phone DENYING my request, however I had been in contact through ONLY email so I was never excepting a phone call and I contacted them via email multiple times since then with NO response. The customer service is a JOKE, I contact them about this request weeks ago and they decide to just leave a voicemail and not respond to my many email. On July 31st, they told me they were contacting the organisers and would get back to me in a few days, they "contact" me 4 days BEFORE the event even that would be too late to efficiently sell my tickets. I had already paid over DOUBLE the face value for these Platinum Ariana Grande tickets which is a waste as money as they are no different to the regular tickets. NEVER get "platinum tickets" it is a major SCAM. i paid £267 for there "last golden tickets" only for them to release more tickets 3 weeks before the event at £82. The man I spoke with on the phone today was very apologetic and couldn't understand why the refund was denied due to my reasons, however that is NOT enough. Definitely won't be ordering through Ticketmaster ever again, even viagogo is better and tickets less than a month before the event will be at a good price.

Avoid Ticketmaster by all means, it's a scam. There was NO mention of seats height restriction until I received the email confirmation. Since I'm taking two kids to the show, I emailed them right away as it says on the website that they have a 24 hour refund "Guarantee"! Then I received a response reading "We understand that plans can sometimes change, however as your booking was made more than 24 hours ago, unfortunately we wouldn’t be in a position to offer a refund or exchange"! First of all I had explained that the reason was not change of plans but TICKETMASTER NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT SEAT RESTRICTIONs AND ONLY PROVIDING IT IN THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. And also my refund request WAS within the 24 hour policy. I replied to this email and submitted the request again on the website and I received exact same responses, meaning this is just an automatic response with no actual human customer service. Now I'm stuck with three tickets and even I am below the height limit, let alone the kids. Dishonest business.

They are not only bad but their poor service proven they are insufficient to the job they are doing. In the ICC ticketing event according to the terms of conditions they were suppose to let customer use the resale platform rather than trying to sale third party site. They never put my unwanted ticket to the resale. I comply with all their terms and conditions such as post 72 hours before the match but my ticket never appear in the resale and when I asked to refund I was refused on the same ground. I am now taking them to court but if you read this review please try to avoid them

I ordered tickets to an event on the day the tickets were released, ticketmaster issued a promise that my tickets would arrive no later than 5 days before the event. My event is now in two days and my ticket still has not arrived. I’ve emailed them loads over the last three days and have been furiously trying to get their attention on twitter but to no avail. They don’t have a phone number I can call either on the site, I found one elsewhere but it was not a free number and I’m not gonna pay to call. I finally got some help this morning but it’s so close to the event, this whole situation was seriously stressful and they seem to have an issue with communication. This could have been handled much better !

I bought tickets on the ticket resale site. 2 tickets were e tickets. However the other 2 tickets have to be physically collected from the box office no earlier than 2 hours before the event. Absolutely ridiculous. My advice don't use ticket exchange !! I will never use Ticketmaster again after this experience.
