“I tried to exchange my tickets but there is no contact point for customer service. I finally went through the theater. So, Ticketmaster released my purchased ticket back to the theatre for resale but would not replace the ticket in less I repurchased it for the same or lesser price. The seat had risen in price by $.01 and they would not honor the exchange. Horrible to work with. Someone should start another company and give them some competition. It can’t get worse than this.”

And its almost 2 months now. I emailed and called them several times and nobody answered.”

“Horrible experience, do not buy anything from them. I bought tickets on ticketmaster.ca for a show in Canada, but now cannot access or print them from the browser. The website tells me to download the ticketmaster app on my phone, but since they issue different versions of their app for different countries and I have a European Google Play Account, I can only download the application for Europe.
However, the European ticketmaster app is apparently not compatible with the North American one, I am unable to select "Canada" for the login and therefore cannot access my ticket at all. According to the ratings of their mobile apps on the Google Play Store (1.9 out of 5 stars, wow!), many people have this exact issue. This is simply ridiculously bad software engineering.
Tried to contact their support but won't get my hopes up.
Will probably need to tell my bank to take the money back from this company.

“Never again will I use TIcketmaster. Vegas.com is an awesome site can actually talk to people and they help you. Made a mistake on purchasing tickets bought for the wrong date (my Fault)..just wanted to exchange them for the same venue only 4 days later. No phone number worked emailed them got a generic answer followed instructions about exchanging.I thought I understood the procedure purchased tickets for proper date then emailed them back with the confirmation as per instructions to end up being that my tickets didn't qualify for exchanging. Was told by email that I could sell them. I found out after finally getting access to them that my tickets were not available for sale.. Finally got a phone number from where the event was taking place which was Ceasar's Palace Las Vegas and they got me a phone number. Got to talk to an actual person who couldn't help me but suggested I could transfer them to a site like Stub HUb or Seat Geek which I ended up doing and got them sold and transferred. What was suppose to be an exciting event for me ( seeing Keith Urban) ended up being a nightmare. I did see him perform and he was amazing.”
“Would like to give a negative 100. How can this company be in business? Received tickets transferred to me. Accepted them in my Ticketmaster account. No way to print them and they would not transfer to my Apple wallet. The advised to log in on the mobile app. My tickets were not there. Fortunately I had take screenshots of the tickets. Emailed Ticketmaster and they were NO help. NONE. In fact I believe their email system is a bot. The answers are not pertinent to the questions at all. Logged back into my Ticketmaster account on my laptop and my tickets are entirely gone. No way to reach any one. No help on email- they sent me a link to purchase more tickets. This business should be shut down. It is a disgrace to the American business community”

“I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Their website makes you purchase new tickets to then exchange your old tickets, if they’re the same ticket price. ITS A SCAM. They will not refund you your old tickets like they say they will. They will make you keep both and sell the other tickets on Ticketmaster, which also gives them a large portion of the selling cost so you basically walk away with half what you might have spent on the ticket all for their horrid refund policy. My rep told me my order would be refunded if I purchased parking so I spent more and did that to then be told I can’t get a refund still even though I did what she said. It’s literally the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Those tickets were $340 per pair… that money means something to some people. After not hearing back for 7 days, I requested help via their website again, this person just automatically said the event organizer isn’t accepting refunds at this time. I also can’t get anyone on the phone, as it’s just a message saying to go to their website.”
“Tried for three months to resolve a ticketing issue. Finally got someone to answer my email after multiple try’s. The person said they would have a manager contact me. It never happened. After my > $2k purchase, that will be the last dollar I spend with Ticketmaster. I’d rather try to buy tickets some other way or frankly miss the events. They are the worst customer service experience I have ever had.”
“Getting tickets emailed to me was great, but forget ever actually getting them because they disappeared into smart phone / apple wallet purgatory. No event on my smart phone. They are only on my desktop, with a statement I must access on my smart phone. Log into smart phone Ticketmaster account. No event. No tickets. Repeat over & over without anyone to call or ask. Obviously they do not want to talk to any of us. I guess I won't go to the event tomorrow. This sucks.”
“Have held these two tickets to see Terry Fator for almost 2 yrs. Called Ticketmaster numerous times, also emailed them numerous times. Went to Hard Rock box office, they were no help. Still no refund. I will never buy tickets on Ticketmaster again!”
“They owe me £150 for a rescheduled event I could not make. They canceled my tickets and agreed refund In full. I was told money would go into my account after 15 working days and nothing happened. Then 28 working days nothing happened. Plus again 28 working days and nothing happened. They have zero customer support and just lie via emails and keep your money. Its an absolute disgrace.”
