“With Royal Mail strikes ongoing Tieroom's Customer service was truly excellent. I was given a date to contact them if my parcel had not arrived, on the agreed day they dispatched a replacement item via DHL along with a return envelope. It arrived in time for Christmas ( just !).”

“The tie is lovely. Had to contact tie room as due to post, it would not be in time for christmas. I was sent another tie by next day delivery with a postage paid envelope to return the other when it arrived. Really good customer service.”
