“The printer and its dual color printing is great and after much playing around it now works. As for the service I received, my printer came with a clogged 2nd head and a lack of adequate instructions. When I contacted service I found them to be very slow and their replys of no help. The Facebook group was a really big help. I did have to purchase a new extruder in the end.”

“Polite, quick responses and correct intervention. Thank you. Only reason for rating of a '7' below are the production/packaging quality control issues that led to the need for a new part. Also concerned about reports of the board burning out, but I can't see if that will be a problem for me until I can put the machine together and start producing.”
