Reasonable turn-around taking the time difference into consideration. Eventyually found a solution after being intructed to try a few suggestions when installing the new UP300 touchscreen.

The comment I left to tiertime was more of a suggestion. To improve print quality. I installed the extra rail on the side I suggested. And in fact straight away I noticed a great deal of improvement on print quality. There was no more layer misalignment. 3d items now print and very good quality. Something to keep in mind going forward on future tiertime printers that come out in the future

Cecelia was extremely fast, warm and efficient when dealing with one of our customer's order, which came with one part broken and she will be shipping that part for that school and some spare ones for us, as it's a 3D printed fan guard that is quite weak and may break easily (we already have one at iMakr like that) Cecelia is just what I try to be and what I expect from colleagues or partners... Well done, thanks a lot on behalf of iMakr! Ricardo Naveira (iMakr London).

I don't like that you have basically forced me to give feedback to stop receiving emails. Also wish there was newer software for my older printer. Otherwise it went well.

Thank you. I replaced the cable from the heater thermistor to the ribbon cable as well as the 4 pin connector and this seems to have fixed the problem.
