I don’t write reviews very often but I felt Tiertime REALLY deserves one! I was first contacted the day after I placed my first order from Tiertime, They reached out because I had accidentally duplicated my order and bought 4 new printers. This was shocking and almost made me fall out of my chair because the “art” of customer service in this world was hangin on by a thread 5yrs ago but in AUG 2021 you have a better chance of winning the lottery then you do customer service. In 2021, the customer is NEVER right, oh and by the way the word “Honesty” & “Integrity” are 2 words that should be removed from the dictionary because people have no clue what those words mean! Tiertime, however, has it all and they are probably the most integral and honest group of people left on the planet. I wish every other store was required to use your business practices because you guys actually make the world a better place, well at least on the E-Commerce side! Sorry I almost forgot to finish my story, I made yet another mistake and purchased the wrong diameter filemet and thought that maybe hell hasn’t frozen over and I will send an email asking if we could swap for the correct diameter. Once again, I thought I had died and went to heaven because these guys actually emailed me back and quickly sent me the correct product and THEN they even sent a return shipping label for me to return the product that I couldn’t use!!!! I apologize if someone chokes or worse while reading this post because it is mind blowing!!! Did I mention that Tiertime even sent the replacement materials before i returned the original order, hence the return label that I mentioned above. Anyways that’s all I got, 5 STARS in every category and I will definitely buy everything I can from TIERTIME for the rest of my life! If you guys are thinking of expanding into other sectors/markets, please don’t hesitate!!! Your the best of the best!!! Thanks again and hope the best for the entire staff!! This board fixed the problem and was easy enough to install

My home was struck by lightning. Everything electronic within was damaged. The Cetus power supply was dead, After replacing, I discovered the Mainboard and most likely the CPU were also dead. I ordered both. The MK2 board is special as it uses axis motor stall detection to determine home position. The new MK2 was a perfect replacement with double connectors on the stepper motor outputs. These are required on the MK2 board for end stop detection. New board is working perfectly.

I love the screen. I personally did not print out the original screen enclosure. Screen is well built. Entire metal cage. Behind there are few mounting holes that I used to mount my screen to my 3D printer enclosure. I was surprised that this was that well made. Now I can swap my filament by clicking one button. Thanks, by this screen Cetus becoming almost like those others up series of printers. But with more affordable price overall. Having screw option to attached at the back is a nice option. Cetus is providing an 3D printable model to put the screen inside, however. It could be nice to have a screw layout (drawing to show where to drill the screws for custom enclosure).
